There are three main areas which bears the effect of pregnancy on a woman’s body. These are the sternum area, i.e. the area right underneath the breasts, the second is the belly area which is the area where the baby actually rested for nine months, and the third is the pelvic area which expanded to accommodate the delivery. Now that your baby is out, getting them back to pre-pregnancy shape requires a product that actually can focus on all three areas (if you so choose) or any particular one of these areas if you prefer to focus on one or two areas at a time.

Note: If you are ordering the product while still pregnant, perhaps around 7-9 months, please know that after baby comes out, your belly size would reduce by about 4/5 inches in the next few days. So if your belly is currently 40 inches, it would go down to 36. This is for normal deliveries. For CS, please remain with the current reading you have.

Secondly, if you do not know the size to order, maybe you cant find a tape, please use your dress size. If you are a small person, please order for the medium (M). If you are middle sized, then the large (L) or (XL) would fit just fine both are almost the same. And if you are a little on the big side, the stay with the XL.

Content

Pack contains three Compression binders. Binder 1 is the sternum binder which fits underneath the breast areas. Binder 2 is the belly binder which rests on the belly area and Binder 3 is the Pelvic Binder which sits on the pelvic.

 

To Use: Apply binder one first,  then binder two and then binder three allowing each one rest just a little on the one before it.

You don’t have to put on all three pieces every time; for some women, one area requires more attention, for others, all three parts are important. This binder gives you the freedom to choose where you want to concentrate and know that there are options.

Choose your post pregnancy abdominal binder based on your present tummy size (measure round your navel/belly button):

  • Small – Below 32 inches
  • Medium – size 33 to 37 inches
  • Large – size 38 to 42 inches
  • Extra Large – size 42.5 to 47 inches
  • Extra Extra Large – 48+ inches.

      The 3 in 1 binder comes only in 3 sizes. The Medium, Large and Extra Large.
      You would use the Medium because that is the smallest size.

    ‎It’s just one week I’ve used the 3 in 1 abdominal bidder and I can say it’s extremely effective, I’ve lost 3 itches on my belle line already, from 37 now 34. I feel trimer, my slim waist is more conspicuous, I wear it to work all day cos it’s so comfortable and soft and I wear it to sleep as well. I recommend it everywhere I go. My younger sisters that are getting married soon are already getting ready to place their order.
