Our Breasts are precious to us. They mean so much to us in terms of our figure, attractiveness and even confidence as women. So having them loose their form due to breast feeding can be somewhat distressing.
Women are constantly on the lookout for home remedies that can work, that can help prevent sagginess and don’t pose any long term risks. We have some quick tips that can help.

Prevent Saggy Breasts

Prevent Saggy Breasts

1/ Check Your Sleep Position: If you sleep face down while pregnant, be sure that you have a good chance of losing your firmness. This is because when you are pregnant, your breasts become bigger and softer and more malleable. This means it can lose its shape easily. So the best sleep position for a pregnant woman is by the side (left side to be precise). It’s also ideal for a woman who is nursing a young baby. Sleeping face up is ok if you are breastfeeding but not ideal in late pregnancy.

Try also not to allow your baby sleep on your breast as he or she grows older and adds more weight. Check your baby’s weight often and if he is getting heavier, about twice the weight of your breast, its time to put him to your side.

2/ Ensure that you use a nursing bra: There is always the tendency to let go when you are breastfeeding. When you think about having to breastfeed up to 15 times each day; struggling with a bra every single time may not be fun especially if your baby cries loudly before the nipple reaches his mouth. So it feels easier to be braless but we urge you to resist this temptation to let go. Wear a bra. Preferably, go for a bra that is your size or a size bigger than you. Don’t worry about firmness or fitting for now (if you are breastfeeding), just make sure the breast is not hanging on its own and gravity is not pulling on it. Be sure something is keeping it from a free fall. If you are not breastfeeding, wear your fitted size. Avoid tight bras. A tight bra would press the soft breast of a nursing mom in the same way sleeping face down would.

3/ Massage: Massages of the breast are best handled by your partner in a romantic way, but that’s if he’s been known to handle them gently all along; and also if he would not get repulsed with any leakage. The main thing massage does is to help the breasts become bigger and fuller. So if you are looking for how to get a bigger breast, that’s well rounded, then a massage would help. Now massage has to follow a certain pattern.
As a side note: One feedback we have had is most women want something to use in massaging it. We have a breast massaging ointment made from natural components. You can even lick it just to be sure, especially those who are breastfeeding. It is made on demand, as we don’t make it and store because it contains no preservatives. Its made from 100% natural materials and so has a very short shelf life. Once made, its best to use up within a month. It costs N15,000.

breast massage

breast massage

Massage 1
This exercise is done by placing your hands on your breasts and rotating them towards the center of your chest. Continue to rotate your palm in a circular motion towards the center of your chest for at least 10 minutes.
Massage 2
You can also massage your breast to simulate growth by putting your hands on the lower half of your breast and then do small circular movements going upwards and then inwards to your cleavage area.
Massage 3
Perform this massage by rubbing your palms together to get them warm. Now position your warm hands over your breasts and begin rubbing inwards. Your hands should be going around your breasts in a circle.
Perform at least one hundred rubs in a circular motion each morning and again at night. Make the circular movement last for around two seconds. You’ll notice a growth in your cup size if you perform this massage consistently for at least 1 month.
This would also help discover any lumps…not what we wish though. Please be assured that breastfeeding women can have blocked milk ducts, which shouldn’t alarm you when you feel them.

If you are still breastfeeding and you would like to go on an exclusive breastfeeding journey, we suggest getting an electric pump that does the job quickly and quietly. There are many options out there in the market, but the Kinyo Superfast Electric Pump is one we recommend. Not only does it have a high speed capacity, it’s also very affordable considering how hard times are. This product is available on our store. (N34,550 for double side, and N29,300 for single side).

All in all, eat healthy, exercise moderately. Don’t exercise in a way that leaves your breasts bouncing off from up to down. And if you are trying to lose weight, please avoid sharp drops in weight. They can do severe harm to the breasts. And don’t push yourself too much, especially if you are above 45. Very little can be achieved at this point.
