Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving them. We aim to deliver within 1-2 days of placing an order and we strive to ensure this in 90% of the cases. However, in extreme cases, we deliver with 4-7days.

Shipping Charges: A fixed shipping charge of ₦ 980. 00 is applicable on all orders below ₦ 100,000 at all locations (in Lagos) with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.

For orders equal to or above ₦ 100,000 (after the application of coupons or any other offer) free shipping is available at certain locations only. For other locations, additional shipping charges will be applicable.

These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

The shipping charges can be modified by Mothersbond at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

International Shipping

We’re pleased to now ship to more than 50 countries. International shipping costs are not fixed as they may vary with based on custom charges and import duties of respective countries.

Estimated Delivery Time

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.

Tracking Packages

We will send via email to you, the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment. Where possible and applicable, we would send you the telephone number of the driver conveying the item(s). Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Non-availability on Delivery

Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery. And make best effort to be available or have someone available at the expected delivery address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Finding Your Box

If the tracking information shows the order has been delivered be sure to check everywhere — occasionally, carriers leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places like your porch, garage, or any place considered safe. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item was returned to us, please contact us by email or phone.
