Return and Refunds Policy.

At Mothersbond, our only wish is to make the bonding experience between mother and child as smooth as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 7 days of the sale date and issue a full refund.

All we ask is that the product(s) should be unused, unexpired, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original box and packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.

If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

All returns and refunds are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our distribution/warehouse/office.

NOTE: Our return policy does not apply to international shipments. They do not also apply to Grooming products, Products that you may have tried on and had body contact with, Bath and Skin care products, Oral Care products such as toothbrushes, teethers & soothers, Food products & Nursing products such as breast pads & nipple shields, bottles and nipples, and cups. These items are non-returnable because we classify them as personal products.

How to Process a Return

All you need to do is simply email us at contact@mothersbond.com.ng or mothersbond@gmail.com or call us on 234-8183461635 (between 9 AM to 5 PM Nigerian Time) telling us about the product(s) you would like to return.

Refunds

After return, at first instance, we would suggest a replacement if the product is defective from point of manufacture. If you insist on a cash refund and still within the 7 days eligibility of return policy, we would make refunds available in your designated account (less any transaction charges).

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product and we have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused, in original packaging and in good condition. We will refund the entire amount (less transaction fees in case of wire transfers) paid by you for the product and the money will be directly credited to your bank account. For accounting purposes, we prefer to make refunds electronically.

Packing Your Return

The box that the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate. This is why we encourage that items be unpacked gently and in a manner that packs can be reused.

The original packing slip must be included in your shipment for our team to process your return. Any returned item should not have been used or have expired, should be in the same condition you received it, and in the original box and/or packaging.
