Pay Gradually is an option from Mothersbond that gives you the opportunity to get ALL your essential baby items (from the items we stock) and pay gradually over a period of up to 9 months with no interest. You also have the possibility of getting some cash back if you complete your payment earlier than expected. Its sometimes referred to as MPG for short.

1. Copy of Government Issued ID card with clear picture. (National ID card, Voters card or international Passport) (PURPOSE of this is to know your full name).

2. Be pregnant or planning to get pregnant soon. Having a baby recently might also qualify but we have stopped shipping items until payment is complete. Perhaps you have a baby and will need the items maybe when baby is some months old. In that case, Yes!

Yes, you need to make your agreed payment monthly. If you feel you can pay more than once in a month, you are welcome to do so. 

Yes you can swap items, so long the items have not been used. We would not make a refund, sorry. But will work with you to balance off with a swap for any other items you may need from our list.

Primarily because that is where the actual bonding process begins, and that is where the financial pressure is felt the most as there is so much buying and immediate spending, including actual birthing (hospital) costs.

Yes but this has to be prearranged at the time of order as the total invoice amount will be calculated together.

Goods are delivered usually between 24-48 hours in Lagos, and up to 72 hours outside Lagos. If we envisage any delays such as items go out of stock, we would inform you.

No. All our fees are transparent. Under normal circumstances, when you make purchases using periodic payments, you should pay a premium, but for now, at Mothersbond, the price remains the same if paying outright, or paying gradually. We however charge a fee for delivery.

Immediately we receive your order, we would compute the total of your order based on selected items, delivery fee and anything else. Once this is concluded, prices will not change again.

We rarely have this issue but it can occur. Please endeavor to mention this immediately you notice it, we would change it immediately. If already in use, we would replace it at a very small cost to you.

Yes, for certain products but customer pays the applicable costs, after we understand the compelling reason thats making a swap necessary.

Our products are made to the highest possible standards and built to last long. We also test them to be sure they are working perfectly before sending to our precious customers. However, things can get damaged by mistake or seem not to be working for a variety of reasons for example if not set up correctly. We would do our very best to resolve the issues QUICKLY, and if we find valid and compelling reason to replace a component or make a change, we would do so but customer bears the cost of the change or spare parts. Bear in mind that these are usually a fractional (very small) costs. Delivery fees also apply.
